"Ryan at Ross sewer service is by far the most friendly, knowledgeable and professional guy/company my family and I have hired, he came out on emergency call to replace my grinder lift pump and treated us extremely well, when I had issues 6 months later he talked me through a easy fix and saved us money again. I highly recommend Ross sewer service if you are in need of someone."

"If you are looking for a family run business with a caring personal response this is the business for you. I can’t say enough about how well taken care of I feel. I know very little about septic systems, and was not aware that the power to our pump was not running.After servicing our septic system they immediately called me to let me know of the concern. I am so thankful for this information before we had a real problem on our hands. I would recommend to anyone."

"Our septic backed up, Ross’s was able to come out within an hour or two of calling them and got the job done. Unlike other companies, they did not charge a same day fee. They are very personable and good prices. Will be using them again!"

"Had a septic tank back-up on a Sunday night. Called Monday morning after the "regular" service was booked solid. Ross's put me first on the list. Ryan arrived and quickly went to work emptying our three tanks and identifying the problem - a burned out pump. He came back a few hours later and worked tirelessly to get the pump in right, according to code; tested the alarm system which he found had also failed; and perfected the wiring. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well and done right. He's my hero for the day - way to go Ryan! Well done. My teenage girls thank you for a working shower. By the way, I don't think anyone could beat the price. This is the second time I've used Ross's and will call them first next time."
